Election Details
Ocean City’s upcoming election will feature the Mayor’s race and three at-large seats on City Council.
Election Day is May 12th, but early voting (by-mail) starts mid-March. The last day to register to vote is April 21.
A few key dates
Mid-March: Mail-in-ballots should arrive for those who requested them
April 21: Last day to register to vote
May 5: Last day county clerk can receive applications by mail for mail-in ballots
May 6-11: Any voter who failed to apply by mail for a mail-in ballot may apply by 3 p.m. the day prior to the election at the County Clerk's Office.
May 12: Polls open 6 a.m. to 8 p.m.
